Green Banana Smoothie

Best way to start your day is with an ENERGY drink!! This green smoothie is loaded with nutrients (awesome carbs, potassium, superfood vitamins, omega fats!) to keep you full and energized for hours!! AND its DELICIOUS!!

Drink half for breakfast and half for a snack or with lunch!! (Don`t be scared of the neon green color!! The veggies are undetectable!!! Like undercover veggies! Lol)

Green Banana Smoothie

Makes 2 servings or 1 big serving if your extra hungry!

2c cold filtered water
4c kale, large stem removed or spinach (or combo)
1/2 medium cucumber
2T ground golden flax
1/2 avocado
1 large ripe banana (I like mine sliced and frozen but fresh works too)
1t vanilla
1/2t cinnamon
Stevia to taste
Optional: 1T cocao for a chocolatey treat

In blender, mix water and greens til blended well. Add cucumber, blend. Add avocado, banana, flax, vanilla, and cinn. and stevia. (also cocao if you choose) Blend well on high and ENJOY!!
