Ham & Cabbage

Ham & Cabbage


2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (Or Butter)
2 Large Carrots (Cut to your preference)
1 Large Yellow Onion (Cut to your preference)
1/2 Green Pepper (Cut to your preference)
1 LB Leftover Ham
1/2 Large Head Chopped Cabbage
1 Cup Chicken Broth.
1 Can Rotel (I use Hot)

You can use Ham, Bacon, Sausage, Pork, Shrimp or any kind of meat you would prefer in this.


Saute Onions, Carrots & Green Pepper in Coconut oil until tender.
Add Ham and cook for about 10 minutes
Add can of Rotel and simmer for another 10 minutes
Add Chicken Broth and Cabbage and cook to desired tenderness

This really needs no Salt or Pepper but you can add it if you like
