90 Day Challenge
Who is signing up for the 90 day challenge? This is your chance for a FRESH start! Forget the past. Even if you have tried before and haven't had the results you have wanted. Get up and try again. You haven't failed until you give up!
If you have done low carb and haven't had success, try my fitness pal. If you have done my fitness pal with no success, do low carb, or weight watchers, or whatever. You keep getting up and trying again. Make sure you take your Skinny Fiber twice a day, even if you aren't always eating right. How do you expect it to work if you don't take it? If you are still feeling hungry after taking 2 capsules, up it to 3 capsules. I do that and have awesome success.
