Replace Those Carbs!
Common sense tells us that when we REMOVE something, whether it be diet related or something else, there's always a VOID left behind. That void will be filled and we need to make healthy choices to fill it! We all love love our carbs, don't we?? Yea, I thought so! Many have decided to try and CUT carbs but have we REPLACED those carbs with something that is healthier for us?

REMEMBER!! WATCH YOUR PORTIONS! I have found that many do best when they control their portions rather than deny themselves food!
