Healthy Fried Fish!



Healthy fried fish!

Coconut oil...
Gluten free flour (almond flour, coconut flour)
1 egg
Lemon pepper
Chili powder
Sea salt
Cut fillets of your choice to to thin strips or whole fillet dip in egg then flour and fry in pan or oven yum!

REMEMBER!! WATCH YOUR PORTIONS! I have found that many do best when they control their portions rather than deny themselves food!
