Salad with Salmon and Chia Seeds

Remember how "they" said iceberg lettuce has no nutrition? Well "they" are wrong. Add Chia seeds, salmon, oil and vinegar dressing, what ever veggies you like for a nutritious and satisfying lunch!

This food is low in Sodium, and very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Thiamin, Vitamin B6, Iron and Potassium, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate and Manganese.

REMEMBER!! WATCH YOUR PORTIONS! I have found that many do best when they control their portions rather than deny themselves food!
