Portion Control!



When we say portion control  this is what we mean.   For me I use a smaller plate as well. Helps me do the portion control better and I do not feel jipped, I have a lot of what I want.   I have even have my kids trying it and they are not just "kids" they are teens and as we know teens have a mind set to eat what they want. With portion control they can. They have pizza  just not as much.  They have chips,

REMEMBER!! WATCH YOUR PORTIONS! I have found that many do best when they control their portions rather than deny themselves food!
