DIY Ultimate Stain Remover!

Breakfast Pizza



Breakfast Pizza

1 roll crescent rolls
1 pkg. white (country) gravy mix (1 Cup)
4 eggs, scrambled
5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
5 slices canadian bacon, diced
1 C. mozzarella cheese

Roll out crescent roll dough onto a greased cookie sheet and flatten out. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. Prepare packaged gravy mix according to directions. Spoon gravy over dough and spread around to cover completely. Top with eggs, both bacons and cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes.

STINK BUGS BUGGING YOU???

Fall is finally here — multi-colored leaves are crunching under stomping feet, a chill is in the air, pumpkin-flavored treats are on store shelves… and squished stink bugs are making things smelly.

Officially known as the brown marmorated stink bug, the unwelcome insect was first introduced to the United States more than a decade ago.

Although no one is quite sure how the insects, known as an agricultural pest in their native Asia, entered the country, one thing is certain: stink bugs stink.

In the U.S., the bug has become a serious fruit, vegetable and farm crop pest in the Mid-Atlantic region, and a stinky visitor to homes when seeking warmth as temperatures cool down in the fall.

The bugs become more obvious in the fall as they seek shelter for the winter. Squishing them releases the bug’s unpleasant scent- so it’s not recommended.

Though there are many homegrown suggested remedies available online for removing the bugs, some jobs (especially really smelly ones) are best left to professionals.

Here are a few tips for avoiding the pests:

Inspect the outside of homes
Check doors and windows for cracks, torn screens and loose caulking. Seal gaps with caulk, and use weather stripping on doors. Use screens to protect vents in attics and crawl spaces.

Check the yard
Firewood, boxes and clutter left in the yard can provide a home for overwintering stink bugs.

If they’re already inside
Contact a pest-control professional. Stink bugs don’t feed or reproduce once indoors, but if they’ve made it into open spaces in the walls, they are likely to reappear year after year. You may also attempt to catch them inside of a plastic baggie with a zip closure.

Don’t vacuum
Vacuuming the bugs may seem like an easy way to avoid the stink that comes with squishing them, but the stink bug smell can linger in vacuums for months.

Peppermint spray
A mix of mint oil and water may be sprayed around entryways and hidden spots. It acts as a repellent.

Bacon Wrapped Egg



Bacon wrapped egg

6 slices of bacon
6 eggs
A muffin tin
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Heat oven 375 degrees
Cook up bacon just so it is cooked but not crispy
Take it out of the pan and place on paper towel to drain off grease and let cool
Wrap the bacon inside the muffin tin, so it forms a circle
Crack egg, one at a time in each tin
Add salt and pepper, if you want.
place in oven about 10 to 12 minutes. I like a runny yolk but not a runny egg white so I did over cook mine a bit at 15 minutes.
Trial and error will work for timing till you get the egg the way you like.

Below are seven very good reasons to boost your water intake:

1. You'll Digest Your Food Better
If you're spending a bit too much time and effort on the toilet, you could probably use a glass (or two!) of pure water. The body is very wise: it knows that the vital organs need essential nutrients more than the rest of your body.

If you're dehydrated, however, your body will take what’s available. Hence constipation. Water-depleted stools are hard to pass —and they can be there for days! As a result, your stomach feels bloated with the overgrowth of fermenting bacteria and yeast. Not fun!

2. You'll Stay Sharp
If you prefer being upbeat and focused, you need to drink water. If you’re feeling confused and forgetful, try drinking more water before going to see the doctor. Dehydration can trigger brain fog.

3. You'll Love What You See In The Mirror
If you love what you see in the mirror every morning, good for you! Keep doing what you're doing! But if you struggle with a puffy face and sunken eyes with dark circles, you're being warned that your kidneys are in distress. You are not drinking enough water.

The kidneys filter toxins, salts, and water from the bloodstream. If the body is dehydrated, then the kidneys can’t function properly. If the kidneys are overloaded, this will show in your face. Maybe you just had a fun night out with a bit too much booze. Maybe you ate too many salty snacks — or maybe you’ve been getting a bit too much sodium from take-out. Whatever the reason, the result is written all over your face.

4. You'll Have Youthful Skin.
Dry and wrinkled skin occurs for two big reasons: (1) water retention and (2) a lack of subcutaneous fat. If you want to boost your natural fillers and look more youthful, with glowing skin, do three things:

1. Splash cold water on your face several times every morning

2. Gently pat your skin dry

3. Drink a big glass of chilled water on an empty stomach.

Make sure that you drink more than two liters of water during the day, and eat fat everyday! By fat, I mean pure and unprocessed plant oils from foods like organic flax seeds, butter from grass-fed sources, and organic coconut oil! Fat binds the water to the dermis skin layer and functions as a natural filler. You don’t ever need botox! The fat (mainly from the butter) will store in the fat layer that prevents that hollow look that often appears with age.

5. You'll Lower Your Body Fat
This will probably surprise you, but being dehydrated can make you gain weight! As I mentioned earlier, the body will use all other fluids available when it’s dehydrated. By pulling water out of the bloodstream, excess glucose will remain until it reaches the liver, where it's supposed to be stored as glycogen for later use.

6. You'll Curb Your Appetite
Do you constantly feel hungry? Do you have cravings for sugar and wheat? Drink a glass of water. Pure water acts as an appetite suppressant. When feeling hungry, I suggest you drink a big glass of water before you act upon that sensation. If you need some taste, you can add a bit of lemon juice, or a splash of açai or pomegranate juice (without any added sugar).

7. You'll Help Your Body Do Its Job
There’s a reason why they call water the source of life — our blood is 90% water. The bloodstream provides your cells and organs with oxygen and nutrients, and takes away any waste products. As you can see, blood is essential and important.

As I said before, the body will tap the water from cells and blood if needed to help counter dehydration. The blood will become thicker, increasing the risk for clotting, and making it harder to pump it through the system. This can have a serious impact on blood pressure and heart disease. Lack of water is also linked to headaches, pain and tension in muscles and joints. It even causes stomachaches and heartburn. Everything is connected throughout the body, and it’s important not to neglect one of its fundamental tools.

How Much Water Do You Need?
In general, you need about 2 Liters (65oz) of pure water a day. You might need more if you live in a warm or dry climate, as well as if you exercise often or practice “Bikram” or hot yoga. You will also need more water if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Plus, take into account the diuretic effects of coffee, tea, alcohol, and sodas, as well as salty foods.

Crazy Good Casserole



Crazy Good Casserole

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 strips of quality bacon
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 box (16 ounces) dried spiral pasta
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Cook and crumble bacon.
While bacon is cooking, cut chicken into bite sized chunks.
Set cooked bacon aside for later use.
In the same pan cook chicken in bacon drippings.
Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
While chicken is cooking prepare pasta according to directions.
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Drain pasta, return to pot.
Add chicken, both cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of Monterrey Jack cheese.
Stir to mix well.
Pour into prepared baking pan.
Top with crumbled bacon and remaining Monterrey Jack cheese.
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, just until cheese is melted and beginning to brown on top.

CRACK TOTS

Yes of course the decadent recipe for the day comes from Amy at OH, Bite It  but heck.. it's breakfast in one dish!

What you’ll need:
A 9×13 baking pan/dish..sprayed with non-stick spray
10 (or so) cups of frozen Tater Tots
2 cups of assorted shredded Cheese…divided!  I used Mozzarella and a Colby Jack blend
1 can of any cream soup you like..I used Nacho Cheese
1 lb. Bacon..crispy (reserve the grease..optional)
1 lb. Sausage..fully cooked
1 Green Bell Pepper..chopped//you can totally add whatever veggies you prefer!
1 Onion..chopped..I didn’t use it, but I do recommend it!
1/2 cup Butter..softened…if needed!
Sriracha…optional, but SO good with this!

Directions:

STEP 1: Pour the Tater Tots into a LARGE bowl and set it aside.  They can be frozen, they’ll soften up as you proceed.

STEP 2. In a medium skillet, brown up the Bacon and Sausage separately, reserving most of the grease in the pan..of course you can discard it if you’d like!

STEP 3. Remove the Bacon, the Sausage and set them aside!  Chop up your veggies…

STEP 4. Add them to the same skillet, if you removed the grease, replace it with a little softened butter, or olive oil!

STEP 5.  Pour the Cream Soup into the pan…

STEP 6. Stir it up to combine, and then add in the cooked Bacon and Sausage…

STEP 7.   Let the meat mixture cool just a bit, before adding it into the Tot bowl…

STEP 8.   Now you can add the meat mixture into the bowl o’ Tots…

STEP 9.  Gently stir it to combine…

STEP 10.  Add in 1 cup of the Shredded Cheese and mix it up…making sure to reserve the other cup for the top…

STEP 11.  Pour the mixture into your sprayed baking pan…

STEP 12.  And top it with that remaining shredded Cheese…

STEP 13.  Bake it at 350 degrees for approx. 30-45 minutes, or until it’s golden, bubbly and heated through…

STEP 14.  Let that beautiful baby cool…

Now you can dig in there…

Spice it up if you’d like..and eat up!  ~Enjoy!  :)

Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake



Pumpkin Spice Mug Cake

Compliments of Table For Two Blog

Prep time:  2 mins Cook time:  2 mins Total time:  4 mins
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
½ tablespoon water
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. Whisk everything together until combined and no lumps remain.
Pour batter into a microwave-safe mug. Mine was a 14-ounce mug. You want enough head space for the cake to rise without pouring over.
Place a paper towel into the microwave and set the mug on top (this is to catch any batter if your mug cake overflows).
Microwave mug cake for 1 minute and 10 seconds on high (PLEASE READ NOTES CAREFULLY BELOW)
Carefully remove from microwave, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and devour! Alternatively, you can use homemade salted caramel sauce too or whatever topping you want!
Notes:
Please note that ALL microwaves are different therefore can yield different results and can overcook this mug cake if you aren't careful. My microwave is 950 watts and I cooked mine on 100% power for 1 minute and 50 seconds. Knowing this information, it may help you better judge how long to cook yours for and at what power.

If you feel that your batter is still too wet after 1 minute and 10 seconds, feel free to zap it a little longer.

Yes, no eggs in this either. Eggs is what makes typical mug cakes spongey!

**This recipe is specifically made for the microwave. I developed it for the microwave. I don't know cook time or temperature for an oven...I'd imagine it'd be a very quick cook time at a low temp., but since I didn't test the recipe for an oven, I cannot give specifics. Sorry!

Selina’s Spiced Sweet Potato and Pecan Bread with Maple Glaze

1 c. sweet potatoes (left over candied yams would do or canned yams)
1 c. sugar
½ c. butter, softened...
½ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
¼ c. sour cream
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 small box vanilla pudding (you will only use the powder…do not prepare according to box directions)
1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pudding, and spices. Set aside.
Mix sweet potatoes/yams, sugar, and butter together until blended. Add milk, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream; blend well. Add the flour mixture and mix just until incorporated. Mix in pecans.
Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
GLAZE:
1 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. maple syrup (could use milk instead if you don’t like maple flavor)
¼ c. chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients for the glaze together. Drizzle over the top of the bread. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
ENJOY!

Copycat Texas Roadhouse Bread Rolls



Copycat Texas Roadhouse Bread Rolls

Compliments of "The Slow Roasted Italian!!

makes 48 rolls
4 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast (2 packets)
2-1/2 cups warm milk (110° to 115°)
1/2 cup good honey
8 tablespoons butter, melted (divided)
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tablespoon kosher salt
8-9 cups all-purpose flour

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add yeast, milk and honey.  Swirl with your fingers or a spoon to dissolve the yeast.  Allow the yeast to bloom.  It will start to bubble and become aromatic, about 5 minutes.

Add 6 tablespoons butter, eggs and 4 cups of flour, mix on low using dough hook, until smooth.  Add enough remaining flour to for the dough to come together (mine takes the whole 4 1/2 additional cups) add salt.  Allow to knead for about 7-9 minutes until dough is tacky, but not sticky.

Turn onto a floured board; knead a few turns. Place in a bowl with 1 tablespoon butter bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

Meanwhile brush 2 cookie sheets with melted butter.

Punch dough down and turn out onto a floured board.  Roll dough into a rectangle, about 1” tall.  Cut into 48 pieces, (6 rows cut into 8 rolls each).  Place rolls on buttered cookie sheets about ½ - 1” apart.  Cover and let rise until almost doubled in size, about 45-60 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Bake both pans together.  12-15 minutes or until golden brown.  Brush with remaining melted butter.  Serve and enjoy.

~ "My story is a little different than most. I was NOT always overweight. As a matter of fact, I was used to being the “skinny” one. Then after having my 4th child via a c-section in 2007, I developed a hospital acquired post-op infection. “I have been heavy all my life”. As a child in grade school I was about 30 pounds overweight. By the time I was in high school it was closer to 60 pounds. i faced all the cruelty, name calling and isolation that comes with being an obese teenager.

Best Ever Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Seriously the best thing you will ever eat this fall!! Sweet, comforting, delicious!

yield: 12 LARGE ROLLS prep time: 3 HOURS cook time: 30 MINUTES total time: 3 HOURS 30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
for the dough-
3/4 cup warm water
4 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast {use the fast acting kind!}
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup buttermilk, at room temperature
1 egg
1/3 cup canola or vegetable oil
4 1/2-5 cups all purpose unbleached flour

for the apple filling-
4 medium granny smith apples
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon

11 oz. package caramels
1 cup prepared caramel sauce

for the frosting-
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup prepared caramel sauce + more for drizzling

DIRECTIONS:
Making the Dough- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, pour in water, yeast and 1 tablespoon of the granulated sugar. Stir and proof 5 minutes. Once mixture looks bubbly and frothy, pour in remaining sugar and salt. Stir on low for 15-20 seconds. In a small bowl, measure buttermilk, oil and egg. Whisk ingredients together until egg is incorporated to other two ingredients. Pour contents into the water and yeast mixture. Stir another 20 seconds in the mixer. Pour 2 cups of flour into mixer and stir on low until incorporated. Sprinkle flour in by 1/4 cup increments until dough cleans the sides and bottom of the bowl. Dough should be sticky but not sticky enough to stick to your hands when touched. Once it has reached this stage, turn mixer on and knead for 5 minutes. Remove dough from bowl, grease and replace back into same mixing bowl {since it's practically clean anyways.} Cover with plastic wrap and a dish towel. Rise 1-2 hours or until dough has doubled in size.

Prepare filling-To make the apple filling, peel, core and dice granny smith apples. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter, then add in apples, sugar and cinnamon. Cook, stirring frequently, until apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Unwrap entire bag of caramels and cut into quarters.

Assemble Rolls- Once dough has doubled in size, punch down and roll out to be 24x16 rectangle. Spread caramel sauce* over entire surface of dough, leaving a 1-2 inch strip at the top blank. Spread cooked apples** and caramel pieces over the caramel sauce evenly. Roll up lengthwise, ending with the blank strip of dough underneath the roll. Cut into 12 even {and very large} rolls and place into greased parchment paper lined baking pans. Cover gently with plastic wrap and rise another hour or two to double in size.

Bake rolls at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until they have browned and are cooked thoroughly.

While rolls are baking, make the frosting. Simply whip all ingredients together until light and fluffy. Scrape sides of bowl and whip again for 1-2 minutes.

Once rolls come out of oven, cool 5 minutes, then smother generously with frosting, than drizzle with caramel sauce. Must serve warm!!

*If you purchased a runny caramel sauce, start by spreading 1/2 cup over the dough adding more as needed. Mine was thick, so I needed more.

**If your apples gave off a lot of liquid during cooking, do your best to just spoon on the apples with minimal 'sauce'.

Here is my latest update!!
Ok here is ME after my second baby at 198.4 lbs.

Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish).

Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!!

CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS


CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS

1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups Bisquick...
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook attachment) Roll into 1-inch balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.

Low Carb Mexi Baked Chicken

 2 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
 2 teaspoons taco seasoning (I prefer homemade with no sugar added)
 1/2 cup salsa, any degree (I prefer Newman's Own; it's low in sugar)
 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (I prefer the Mexi-blend)

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
 Spray a shallow, small baking dish with non-stick spray.
 Coat chicken lightly with taco seasoning, on both sides; spoon salsa over top of breast.
 Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
 Sprinkle cheese on both breasts evenly; bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted through.

APPLE PECAN CRISP



APPLE PECAN CRISP

Great if you drizzle a little caramel syrup on top! ...

1 Cup Chopped Pecan
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 cups apples - peeled, cored and chopped
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 8-inch round pans.
In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour and butter. Mix until crumbly. Do this in each pan-->Place half of crumb mixture in pan. Spread the apples evenly over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and top with remaining crumb mixture. Then top each pie with chopped pecans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Don't forget to drizzle the caramel on top when its done.

Serves 2...

6 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 dill pickles,diced
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp mustard
salt an pepper to taste
1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions:
Dice eggs and pickles put them into the bowl, add mayo mustard and salt and pepper, mix it all together. Slice cucumber. Enjoy your low carb lunch!!!

Party Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
  2 tablespoons lemon juice
  2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  1 round loaf sourdough bread (1 pound)
  1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced

Directions
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside. Cut bread diagonally into 1-in. slices to within 1/2 in. of bottom of loaf. Repeat cuts in opposite direction. Arrange cheese slices in cuts. Drizzle butter mixture over bread.
Wrap loaf in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Yield: 8 servings.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1-3/4 (3 or 4) ripe bananas, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Brown Butter Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. milk

1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour
15x10-inch jelly roll pan. For the bars, in
a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour
cream, butter, and eggs until creamy.
Blend in bananas and vanilla extract. Add
flour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1
minute. Stir in walnuts.

2. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20
to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Meanwhile, for frosting, heat butter in
a large saucepan over medium heat until
boiling. Let the butter turn a delicate
brown and remove from heat

4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract
and milk. Whisk together until smooth (it
should be thicker than a glaze but thinner
than frosting). Using a spatula, spread
the brown butter frosting over the warm
bars (the frosting will be easier to spread
while the bars are still warm).

This is me Pia

I'm long overdue with my update but here it is
I've been struggeling with my weight since mid 90's, in 1999 I changed my diet, something had to happen, I was 240 lbs, so my Doc put me on a 1500 calorie diet and I lost weight but when I reached 194 lbs it just stopped... This is such a cute idea...kids would love this!

Mummy Meatloaf (Lo Carb Version)

Ingredients:
(You make this recipe with your own meatloaf recipe)
But this is how I made mine...this recipe is lo carb!!
2 lbs Lean Ground Beef (Can also use chicken or turkey)
1 can of tomato paste
1 egg
1/2 bag of pork rinds crushed ( can use regular bread crumbs)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion chopped fine...leaving a chunk to make eyes and teeth
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano to suit your taste..
3/4 lb bacon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix beef with all other ingredients (aside from the bacon) and place in baking dish and form a head shape....wrap bacon slices around outter edge of meat and add a few across the face... add onion eyes and teeth.
Bake for 1 hour until juices run clear!
ENJOY!!!!!

SLICED BAKED POTATOES



Ohhhhhhh YES!!!!! Topped with bacon, cheese and sour cream!

 SLICED BAKED POTATOES

Super EASY!!!! ...

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
4 Tbs butter, melted
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 cup grated cheese of your choice
4 strips of cooked bacon

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Slice potatoes about ¼” thick and brush both sides of potato slices with butter; place them on a cookie sheet.

3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once.

When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; continue baking until the cheese has melted;
Add some sour cream and enjoy!!

Put 1 tablespoon of the syrup into a cup of hot water and sip. It helps soothe a sore throat and calm a cough. It will also help with relieving allergies and gives your immune system a good boost.

Lemons give you Vitamin C for your immune system, Coconut oil helps fight infection and reduce your symptoms, and honey helps to soothe the throat.

Mix together the following:
3 tablespoons lemon juice (preferably fresh squeezed)

TACO ROLL ...



Mouth-watering deliciousness!!!! You definitely want to SAVE this recipe!!!!

Super EASY!!!!

 TACO ROLL ...

Ingredients:
1 pound ground lean beef or turkey
1 pack of taco seasoning
1 can Rotel
2 cans Crescent Rolls
Shredded cheese
Lettuce
Sour cream
Avocado
Tomato

Directions:
Brown your ground beef till it is no longer pink. Drain grease off. Add taco seasoning and Rotel. Add water as directed on Taco seasoning! While that is simmering, place crescent rolls in a circle on a pizza pan(lightly sprayed) in a circle with points out! Use extra rolls to fill in where needed on the bottom! Add meat on top of Crescent rolls then the cheese! Fold pints of rolls to the middle and tuck! Cook for 20 to 25 min on 350 or until lightly brown!

Let cool then add salad in the middle place Sour cream on top add Avocado around the edge!

JESSICA'S CHEESY POTATO SOUP



This one is AAAAAMAZING!!!!!!

 JESSICA'S CHEESY POTATO SOUP

Made in the crock pot!!!! How much easier does it get???...

2 packs of Simply Potatoes Dice w/ onion
1 32 oz Carton of Chicken broth
1 onion diced
3 stalks of celery-chopped
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup fat free milk (can use any kind you have)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (8oz bag)
Diced bacon (optional for topping)

In the crock pot put both packages of the potatoes, onion, celery, chicken broth and salt/pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Then mix together the flour and milk and add in and turn the crock pot on high for about 30 mins. After the 30 mins stir in the cheese until melted. Serve with diced bacon if desired. Enjoy

"My highest weight was 324 that was in 2010 I remember that weight because that was when I had my daughter. At that weight I tried Ali and lost 50 pounds but I was scared all of the time, I was so afraid of eating the wrong thing and having a messy accident so I stopped taking it.

I let 2.5 years go by before I decided to do something about my weight again. i had gained a lot of what I had lost back.

In August of 2013 I weighed in at 304 pounds. I started taking Skinny Fiber and trying to make better food choices.  CAKE BATTER PANCAKES

This is a fun recipe! The kids LOVE it!!!! ...

Ingredients:
1 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup Funfetti cake mix
2 tablespoons candy sprinkles
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Glaze:
2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
~Mix all of the glaze ingredients together & stir until smooth & creamy & set aside
~Mix all of the ingredients for the pancake mix except for the sprinkles . I used an electric mixer to be sure batter was smooth. Once batter is smooth add your sprinkles & just stir in.
~Spray Pam very lightly into your heated skillet & then pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter into skillet & cook until golden brown on both sides.
~Remove from skillet & immediately drizzle your glaze on top & add a few extra sprinkles on top.
These are so good & something different from the usual pancake

***TATOR TOT TACO BAKE***

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 small onion (diced)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 small can black olives (sliced)
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (diced and drained)
1 (12 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 (16 ounce) bag shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
1 (10.5 ounce fluid ounce) can enchilada sauce

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Heat a skillet to medium high heat. Add ground beef, garlic, and onion and cook while breaking the meat apart with a spoon or spatula until the ground beef is completely browned. Drain off any excess fat. Add taco seasoning mix, green chilies, frozen corn, and black beans to the ground beef. Cook until heated through.

In a large bowl combine ground beef mixture, ¾ of the Mexican cheese blend, and all of the tater tots. Stir well to combine.
Pour about 1/3 of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add the tater tot mixture to the baking dish and lightly pat the mixture down into a solid, even layer. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tater tots.

Place into the oven and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. During the last few minutes of baking, top the casserole with the remaining Mexican cheese blend and the sliced black olives. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Did I plan for the first picture to have such crazy hair and look so awful? Absolutely not. But I think back to that day, and realize how out of control I felt. The next picture is 9/20/13. Different clothes and different hair, I feel better, I look better and I wanted to look prettier. I'm still on my weight loss journey, I would love to take off 18 more ...pounds by Nov 15th. I sleep better (I require less) and have so much more energy. My back problems have greatly diminished.

I know you're thinking, Sue..enough rambling get on with it. I measure weekly (thankfully). I'm down 2 1/2 inches overall for a total of 22 1/4 inches since I began almost 6 weeks ago. My weight did go up just under pound. Not sure why, but it did. I promised when I began my Skinny Fiber journey, I'd be truthful and honest to everyone, and myself too. I track and write everything down. I see a pattern ~~ 4 weeks ago, I also gained a little. I have one ovary, so I'd assume I still ovulate. I will be watching this to see if it's a trend. Am I upset with the scale..you bet (thought about a pony tail chop, just briefly . Am I discouraged, no way. I will get back up, dust myself off, and begin again. I will take my almost 12 lb loss and 22 1/4 inches loss and celebrate (but not with food LOL, ok maybe a beer or two)! Next week..I will drink more water (I know I harp on that, but I don't think I drank as much water as I usually do)."
