 So tomorrow makes day 60 just wanna give everyone an update on my skinny fiber journey. I have lost 30 pounds and 24 inches all together!!! Not at my goal weight yet but every close to it! Yay I'm so happy I never gave up on it. I eat oatmeal or whole grain cereal for breakfast lunch salads, veggies stuff like that and for supper I eat a lot of grilled chicken. Thank u !!
