Wendy T: This is my "Fat Flush Drink for the Day" !!!! I have mentioned it in my group awhile back when I started. I have used this now for 3 years on and off, so today I am posting the ingredient info for all of my friends and customers. This amped beverage helps with sweet and carb cravings along with keeping you satisfied to eat less. You will find you will not eat much througho...ut the day if you drink 1-2 glasses. If you like orange soda or are not a water drinker because of the plain drab taste this is for you.
1/2 small peeled cucumber peeled & sliced (about 6-7 pieces) I like the pickling ones because they have less seeds and great flavor.
1 half cup of ice
2-3 tsp. of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicy) ha-ha that would be me!
1 packet of Emergen-C (I use orange or tangerine) Add to your desired taste 1-2 packets I use only one because do not like sweet.
Fill with water and enjoy. I like to let mine sit about 15-20 minutes to allow for all the ingredients to marry and fuse together. Very tasty!
REMEMBER!! WATCH YOUR PORTIONS! I have found that many do best when they control their portions rather than deny themselves food!
