KAREN'S EGG SALAD



KAREN'S EGG SALAD

Serves 2...

6 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 dill pickles,diced
1 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp mustard
salt an pepper to taste
1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions:
Dice eggs and pickles put them into the bowl, add mayo mustard and salt and pepper, mix it all together. Slice cucumber. Enjoy your low carb lunch!!!

REMEMBER!! WATCH YOUR PORTIONS! I have found that many do best when they control their portions rather than deny themselves food!
