Bacon Wrapped Egg
Bacon wrapped egg
6 slices of bacon
A muffin tin
Heat oven 375 degrees
Cook up bacon just so it is cooked but not crispy
Take it out of the pan and place on paper towel to drain off grease and let cool
Wrap the bacon inside the muffin tin, so it forms a circle
Crack egg, one at a time in each tin
Add salt and pepper, if you want.
place in oven about 10 to 12 minutes. I like a runny yolk but not a runny egg white so I did over cook mine a bit at 15 minutes.
Trial and error will work for timing till you get the egg the way you like.
