Primal Bars *Paleo*

 1 C. Coconut Flour
1 C. Almond flour
3/4 C. Almond Butter
3 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil, melted
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 C. dark Chocolate Chips

 Directions: 1. In a large bowl, using a fork, combine coconut flour, almond flour, almond butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Once mixed, stir in chocolate chips. 2. Press mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to slice and serve. Can keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. Note: My kids like it with a little extra almond butter on top. To to this, refrigerate mixture first, up to 30 minutes. Take bars out of refrigerator and spread a thin layer of almond butter over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and place back into refrigerator.
