Garlic & Herb Grilled Bread...


Let the grill do the work!

Garlic & Herb Grilled Bread...

Serves 8
A grilled bread that full of flavor, and grilled to perfection
Prep Time - 10 min
Cook Time_20 min
Total Time - 30 min
Ingredients
1 loaf Sourdough Bread
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp dried basil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
1.Slice sourdough loaf in half lengthwise and lay cut side up on a rimmed baking sheet
2.Preheat grill (indoor or outdoor) to medium heat
3.In a small bowl combine melted butter with thyme, rosemary, basil, garlic, salt & pepper
4.Brush butter and spices onto sourdough loaf and let sit for 5 minutes
5.Place cut side of bread down onto the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until bread is starting to brown
6.Flip and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until bread is starting to crisp
7.Remove, slice and serve
8.ENJOY!!
