Broccoli Salad!


Broccoli Salad

My friend Judy shares this one.....
Good Low Carb Dish or can be lightened up with healthier version of the following ingredients:

Bunch of fresh broccoli
1/2 pound of Bacon (crumbled)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (more or less to your liking)
Dressing:
Mayo, Vinegar and I used Stevia to sweeten. I don’t measure, just add as I go
Mix it all up and refrigerate.
Add optional items such as grapes, onion and nuts to dress it up!
